Turbo question...

Okay so i have a dp-tuner on my 2002 F350 powerstroke and even on the highest setting the turbo will not make the noise when i left off the throttle. if i floor it and left off the pedal fast it will not surge or what ever you want to call it, the reason im wondering why it doent do it is because just about every other chipped truck does it so i didnt know if some thing was wrong with mine.

Do you have an intake? Mine didn't do it all with the stock intake but since I got the S&B it does it all the time.

If you have stock exhaust you won't hear it much.

Since OHBandit said since he has a stock exhaust he wont hear it much, I was implying if that he was saying that even w/ stock exhaust the turbo flutter is still there just not as audible.

I was assuming he was just talking about not being able to hear the turbo "whoosh" after letting off the pedal.
