guage pod installation
so i put the empty pod over the factory cover on the a piliar. and it doesnt fit well. then i take the factory cover off and put the gauge pod on and it fits perfectly. the only issue is that i have to find some way to mount it.
so am i suppose to leave the factory cover on or remove it? the auto meter instructions say to leave it. i left it on the obs and ended up cuttin some large holes in it for the wires and bolt mount on the gauge to stick through. |

The shop that did mine left the factory cover on there. They pushed the bottom in and secured the top with a screw.
They Autometer Z-series. Last edited by SuperCrutyPS; 09-19-2009 at 06:20 PM. |
