My truck is a slug

Since my tranny died on me and I got a new OEM trany put in, I sold my chip and have kept he new one stock. I've put about 20k miles on it in the last 3 1/2 months, but it's just slow. I think my fan clutch is bad too. It's been about 4 years since I first tuned my truck, but from what I can remember when it was stock then was that it wasn't this slow. Thing always sounds like it's in overload because of the noise the truck makes.

I might take it to Ford to have them look at it, but I'm sure it'll be an arm and leg. I'm gonna see how much they charge to have it checked and it's +- $100 within the price range of a new fan clutch then I'll just buy a new one and put it in and hope it fixes itself. If it doesn't, oh well. I don't want to chip my truck, but damn a TW or DP Tuner is tempting. I don't want to kill the new tranny already though.

I will say my MPG has gone up I think cause I don't have a lead foot anymore. I'm gonna calculate it in the next few days and hope it goes up too.
