Can this transmission swap be done?

I have an 02 automatic and a friend has a 04 6.0L with a six speed manual
he said he wanted an automatic. can this swap be done. what would be needed as far as transmission controllers and computer stuff? Or would i need a whole new pcm or maybe he would? anyone?

you will have to make an adaptor plate to make it work because they wont just bolt right up.... I dont know if destroked or someone has one, but they might... that would save you some energy
