tranny flush?

i just bought my truck and it has 93k miles on it...... at 65k, ford did a tranny flush.....

Since i am getting a big tranny cooler soon i was thinking of changing out the oil on the tranny while i was at it.....

is a full flush recommended? should i just drop the pan and just do that an the tranny filter? or? .... what would be a good recommendation

thanks in advance

The local oil change place would not do mine with 70,000 miles on it. Said it might do more harm than good.

4r100

Assuming it is a 4R100, my manual says it should be done at 60K. The 4R100 is a balancing act in itself as stock. Will not take 'extreme mods to engine' w/o trouble of some kind. If your 'pulling hvy wt' like me then you change at earlier miles. Since ford changed it (flushed) at 65k I would definitely change the filter while changing the fluid.
Just my .02 worth
Have a good day!
