Brake problems

Working on a '99 f550 and replaced on both sides the front pads, rotors and upper and lower ball joints. After I put the front back together and did a test ride, the pedal goes way to low.I pumped the pedal before I started the truck,it does stop but the pedal is way to low.Brought it back in and bled all 4 corners and started from the fertherest away from the master.Clean fluid and no bubbles that I could see.Didn't open any lines when I was doing the work.Any ideas on where to check for problems.I did have to take the sensors off the front hubs for the ABS for doing the ball joints,is there anything to reset when reassembling the hub?
