this is weird

Last night I was out on a county road and I decided to open the old girl up (it was 2am and no one in sight)..

I stop the truck flip to extreme ran through the gears had the speedo buried so over 100mph it was turning about 3000rpm in 6th gear my egts were around 1175-1200 boost at 28psi when all of the sudden I had a flash of blue under the hood I could see it through the vet holes in the cowl hood .. I immediately let off the truck was running fine wasn't making noises and is still fine as of right now...

What the heck could make a blue spark or light that is bright enough to see it through the cowl vent holes????

Was fun but now I am kind worried about what that could have been

LMFAO. Thats great,

Here is a bump back up to the top though. Could it have come out of a glow plug boot? I dont know how your models built but when my engine blew I had oil blow out of that glow plug boot. I dont know if this is possible but could gasses build up inside the crankcase and escape out the boot?

I know what you mean. When my engine blew on my 350 I was like oh shiat but I didnt have to wait for the smoke. People in the next county probably saw the smoke.

na just mess in with you i no what you are talking about you see something and have no idea what to think. maybe you and somthing arking. like a intake heater relay or gpr. sounds like like somthing got shaken and touched a ground.
