Value of a 02 7.3

Without seeing it on average what do yall think a 02 supercab with168K miles is worth. It is in decent shap, the guy is asking 10K. i am selling my 94 lightning to get this.

Sounds pretty good to me. My buddy just got an 01 with a few less miles and lifted w/ custom paint but no real performance mods except exhaust and paid 12,000 or 12,500, I can't remember. If it is in good shape I know a few people right now that would jump on a deal like that.
