Optima Batteries?

Which optima batteries are being used with the 7.3ltr. Just curious what expierence people have had with them good or bad.

I use Yellow tops in mine D34 I believe or D34/78. Those are the two recommended by Optima for the 7.3s

Been running them for about a year with no problems what so ever.

Crap last 2 years since they move manufactoring to mexico. Get Sears diehard..its a hawker Odyssey..best deep cycle you can get.

I've had the red tops for 3 years with no problems.

I have yellow tops in my truck now, in my last truck and the one in my car is about 9 yrs old. I will ONLY buy yellow tops for my vehicles and I HIGHLY reccomend them!
