what can I expect for problems?

I just bought a 99 PSD with 135K on it, what can I expect to have to replace as the truck gets more miles on it? what do you recommend for oil change intervals? I drive a lot of gravel roads. Thanks

If you driving on alot of gravel first thing im going to recommend is the ford AIS intake

i chane my engine oil every 5k miles. tranny/coolant: 10k - 15k.
if you do a lot of 4x4 stuff: xfer case/front end: 10k.

You change your coolant that often? Maybe i should go change mine, it has 65k miles on it!
I was gonna change it at 75k ...or maybe a little later, it still looks real clean.

Here's how I do mine guys, straight from the horse's (Marcs) mouth
Oil and oil filter- 5k
Fuel filter-10k
Tranny fluid and filter with drain plug in the torque converter-30k
Coolant-30k I add SCA every 15k
Rear end grease and power steering fluid-60k
Front end grease-100k Every 60k if 4x4 is used often
Brake fluid-100k
What brand to use is naturally up to the individual but so far no problems:pray:
