Engine swap

I am swapping from a 97 to a 2002 and i need to know if the turbo and the injectors will cross over or do i need to change them.

probably not. you'll also need to get the 02 computer............

The 97 and the 02 have different injectors and turbos. The older of the two being none wastegated.

Yup, I agree with rufushusky, the injectors are smaller, and the turbo flows less as well I believe. Shouldn't be a problem with the auto to standard.

I had to change the fuel system to ,the 02 has all electric pump want start.

sorry to get of topic but could you drop a 02 7.3 into a v10 frame
