[Low'n Slow]

I had a 97 with the 2 tanks and didn't have a problem filling the tanks. With my 2000 crew cab short bed, I can get 25 gallons in it and the the next 5 galllons are 1/10th of a gallon at a time because of the foam. Is this normal for these trucks?

I recently took a little trip of about 2,000 miles. After driving for a few hours at 80 mph, it sounded like the engine speed would increase. The tach wouldn't change, oil pressure and temp guage didn't move. Truck would respond if I stepped on the throttle.

What do you think the problem is?
