Buddies truck burns oil and sputters on long trips?????
Like the topic says, my friends truck is having issues on long trips. He has had the truck for a few years and never had a single problem with it until later year when he was on his way home from Yellowstone and right now when he is on his way home from Vegas.
What is happening is the truck is sputtering, possibly like its running out of fuel, (its not). Also, he has noticed that bother times this has happend the truck is burning oil. Does any of this sound familiar? I owned a modded 7.3 for years and never had any issues, let alone one like this.
Any info/ideas is greatly appreciated!
