Western MA Scan Tol Help Needed

Hi all,

I live in western Mass, Hadley to be exact. I am relatively new to PSD and find myself in need of help. My bargain scan tool is unable to pull any codes of my 2001 F-250 Super Duty. Does anybody live anywhere nearby that could help me for a few minutes? Just trying to help run down a problem/fix.
I had it in the Dealership to replace the driverside UVC wireharness. Now the same problems/symptoms are back. Hate to just take it back without having a better idea of what is going on. Would prefer to work on it myself. Any help would be appreciated.
