need some help!!!!

So my truck has been a little sluggish starting the past few days and then finally the smornin when i was going to leave for work it wouldn't start!!! Had the batteries checked yesterday, they are good. It seems like a starter problem to me the radio and dash all works fine but when I turn the key all you hear is a click (I assume thats the relay). Now to my question... I'm going to take out the starter this afternoon, Ive never done it in a powerstroke do I need to remove the radiator and go through all that or can I squeeze in there? Any other helpful advice is greatly appreciated. forgot to mention I have to mow 4 yards tomorrow and don't have any other way to pull my trailer.

thanks in advance,
-Tyler

Check your battery voltage and connections first. Remove the cables from both batts and put a voltmeter across the 2 posts. If you don't have at least 10.5V your truck won't start. Clean the posts and terminals real good, charge up the batts if they are low, and try again.
If it is the starter, no you don't have to pull the rad or anything else out. Just be warned, the starter is a big heavy biotch! 2 or 3 bolts holding it on, plus a couple of nuts on the wire terminals.
