Shifting Problems

I have a 2000 F350 that does not want to shift when i get on it when it gets up to 2500 rpms it wont shift but if i let off and let the rpms drop below 2000 it will shift i dont know if its a turbo going out or if it has a vacumm problem or what if anyone has any ideas i would really appreciate hearing them

I don't know but heres a bump. It also wouldnt hurt to put some more info in like mods any changes in engine/drivetrain etc. Is it doing this in all gears or just into o/d. Just tryin to help so when somebody smarter than me sees this they can answer it easier.

As far as i know there is no mods done and it does do it going in to every gear

tranny about to take a dump thats how mine was before it went there is no vacuum lines its all electronic and this problem has nothin to do with the turbo

its been doing it for about a month how long did yours do it before the trany went
