Professional "Help me" books?
Can anyone point me to some dealer-grade service manuals for my 99.5 Super Duty? My Haynes book has been kinda disappointing... and my Ford dealer won't hook me up because of liability concerns.

Nothing in particular right now. Just wanna be prepared. I have service manuals for my T-bird and the info in there is great!

That, and I was rather certain these Powerstrokes don't have pre-chambers... where Haynes says the heated element of the glow plugs sit. Was I wrong?

Thought pre-chambers haven't been used since the IDI engines.

I bought the manuals for my F-250 back in 1996 right after I bought the truck. There was info in the owners manual about ordering the service manuals. Check there, you may be able to order directly from Ford. That line from the dealer about "liability" sounds like BS.

I have a DVD service manual for Ford's I found it the best out there. I can sell you a copy for $40.00 plus shipping. If you can't find it in there it never was. Have a few customers here that have bought it and have had no one tell me they want thier money back, has wire diagrams and is easy to use. You can print from the pictures to help in the shop. The year is 2000 to 2003's. Let me know.
