lock accuator fix how did this work???

ok:
4 door crewcab all door locks have the usual wont work problem. looked at the repair thread and followed the instructions, mine is a 02 and a little dofferent it screws together not a sealed unit. pulled the drivers side rear and took it apart fixed it oput it back in and checked to see that it was working correctly... and, not only does it work perfect and strong, but so do the other three. all four doors are hitting like clockwork now? i can understand if they are all running parallell, but how did this fix all four. was this the only one bad, and i lucked up when i picked it to fix?

come on you electric ford tech's... i gotta know.

hold on

now none of them work... when i screwed in the lock assembly to the door none of them will work, i cn unscrew it and they all will work, or i can have it screwed it in and unplug it and the other 3 work. then i plugged it back up and they all work. put the doorpannell back on and they all work fine clicking it 10-15 times.

1 hr later they dont work again.
