Does the SES light come on when it happens? Check all the sensor plugs around the air intake, its common for one to knock a plug loose/off installing the 6637. Also check your drivers side injector harness plug. It rides right up underneath the intake pipe, and you may have knocked it loose. Pay attention to where you put the air temp sensor.(The lil probe lookin thingee at the back of the airbox) Make sure its not laying against metal.

"Blizzard" The big white bio-burning 03 7.3. 6637, straight piped stock exhaust, and a "New" secret blend of Haul asBLEEPsing mods and upgrades. Suffice to say, its not the fastest, but it quite possibly is one of the quickest.
