2002 only has one box it is under the dash. Scuffy mentioned a bad ground. Just going to have to take a rainy day and park my truck in the barn. Grab a multi meter and go through the electrical.

Just think about it 100 dollars an hour labor, who knows how many hours would take to find the problem. That could get expensive quick. So if I trouble shoot for a day then I just saved myself 800 dollars. I know I am capable of finding the problem and repairing the problem. It is just time consuming and annoying.

yup, my running lights and interior lights would go on and off ramdomly when going down the road. after SEVERAL hours each day for several days... probably about 25 hours of searching i found the problem to be the female end in the fuse box wasnt tight enough to make contact with the fuse all the time, going down the road it would vibrate loose and loose contact but when i checked them it would move and be good.... so i know how frustrating it can be. you working this weekend???

Well I got the carrier bearing done, then developed driveline vibration. Took the back half of the driveshaft off. Removed the U-joints for inspection, they were pretty dry and in bad shape. Replaced them this morning, now I have zero driveline vibration. Except at 65-70 mph, which I know is from out of balance tires. Which are over due for rotation and ballancing. I will get that done on Sunday or Monday. Got lifetime ballancing and rotating, just have to get to the shop and have it done.
