Alright now I need to find the General Electronic Module. I have been searching and it seems like it will either be located behind the glove box. Or it is located behind the fuse panel.

Well it is not behind the fuse panel. I know because that is out. Nothing is there. So where is this dang thing at.

There is not one. I called Scuffy up, he looked up my truck and informed me that if I replaced the fuse box. Then I already replaced the GEM.

So now I have an electrical nightmare to find.

Fuel pump is still powered by toggle switch, wipers still come on by themself. But everything points to what I replaced already.

Sorry you are having so many problems. I know on my 150 a few years ago the blower fan was freaking out and they replaced the fuse panel under warranty, so I was kind of hoping that was going to fix your problem. I am going to be replacing my belt, tensioner and upper hose as well, reading yours reminded me that I need to do that soon, 211k and all that stuff minus the belt is origional.

That's what I can't answer. You'll need to put on your Dick Tracy shoes and start looking.
