while we're on the subject, my overhead display is constantly dim. ( i can see it at night) Is there a simple fix to brighten it up so I can see it during the day?

did mine last month. TWO things tho,when i looked at my resistors the looked fine at a glance i had to pass my finger over them (not to hard) and two fell to the counter.SECOND it is very important that you use a SODERING PEN that will make the job alot easyer. it works i'll be the first to say I didn't think it would; but it's as easy as pie. if you don't have a steady hand I would suggest a shot of your favorite beverage before you start.
