I went from the Gold ford coolant to Chevron Delo ELC coolant (Red). Followed NChornet's steps.

superb guys, was just wondering about the antidecavitational additive in each color of coolant, kind of get mixed opinions when you read other coolant related threads, anybody else have any thoughts on the wear coating it is supposed to leave internaly ? or am i just digging to deap into peoples treads? :L

you really shouldnt be concerned with cavitation, i mean our blocks are not sleved light a 14.L 60 Series Detroit, Cat 3406, etc.. just to name a few. i perferr them do to the amount of miles you can get out of the coolant before it needs flushed again/serviced
