The only possible problem that sets the Ex aside from super duties is electrical problems.
My moms Ex has a mysterious current leak which needs to be fixed.

Have owned our EX for 3 yrs love it besides the normal 7.3 psd issues, cps, and orings and my current electrical issue stalls with no warning and will restart after an hour or so, going to the dealer this week, the only other thing is the open door sensors on the rear hatch and doors tend to go out, Snowman

2003 Excursion

Here is another question, I replaced the exhaust on my 96 w a turbo back which did the trick on power and picked up 3 mpg's but it also created a vibration from the down pipe.I know that person who installed it for me did not dent the pipe so it would not rub the cab,but when I look at it, it is not touching the cab. I want to do the same on the Excursion but I dont want the chance of any vibration on that truck. I was thinking of just taking the CAT off instead. Is there anyone that sells something that would replace just the cat?
