HELP WITH OIL

ok here goes ,ive been looking all thru the forums , and cant find the answer , does anybody know what kind of oil i need to run in my powerstroke, ive heard that walmart has the best brand , but hoping you guys could help me out , or should i just let 20 minutes or less lube shop do it so i can save money

well i could but i hear so much about the the new vr549 stage 4 oil that pepsi is got out now i cant figure out what to do

Dont forget the Slick 50 in the crankcase, duralube in the HPOP res., and dump 2 quarts of ATF in your feul tank.
