stripping emblem paint
figured i would put up a couple pics. actually makes emblems look pretty sharp...just need some paint stripper, q-tips,tooth-picks,paper towells and some time to burn

Acetone, masking tape, some q-tips, old toothbrush, rags, and time. It took me about an hour to do all my emblems on my truck.
This little trick has been known for a long time. There is a lot of write ups buried on this site about this. |

actually Bigcountry,aircraft remover works a lot better then acetone.not as much scrubbing.I went a step further and put red in those 2 lines in the powerstroke badge.Looks pretty sweet.I also left the red xlt on the f250 badge.But yeh,the mods been around for a long time.
