Pre-runner bumper?

Pretty soon my truck is going into the shop for a complete overhall. I was wondering if anyone has any experience and pics of the NFAB pre-runner bumper.

I like the look but I'm not to sure about how the suspension is so exposed and if it is as tough as a heavy duty bumper like road armor, fab four, etc.

If it is junk or not as tough I plan on going with a Iron cross bumper (again anyone have any experience?) as it is the cheapest I can find that is comparable to brands like road armor and fab four.
