i have 08 tow mirrors with signals on my 03.... my truck didnt come with tow mirrors.... they are not that hard to connect... the turn signal wires will have to be routed from your turn signals from your headlights.....

you will have to run a switch for the heat... and just run the wires for the turn signals to your turn signals
