Inner Fender Removal

How do I go about removing the inner fenders? Not the plastic lining but the actual front clip portion behind the outside fender that joins with the firewall. I'm sure I am not using the right terms here so I apologize.

I had someone tell me they were welded in place but I have seen them removed I think.

Thanks for any help

Grinder with a cut off disk takes em out every time! *grin*

My understanding is that its part of the cab firewall/A piller assembly. Not a bolt on piece.

Took some pictures for ya, of a truck at work that has the front fender and inner fender removed. As you can see, the front section that connects the rad core support and the cab is all one piece.
