Just found this on Ebay if anyone is interested it does not have the step though

Sometimes I hate being Canadian!
 I'm looking for one, but shipping is ridiculous, dealer price is as well...so if I find one relatively nearby I would go get it... Nice link  The 08 tailgates look pretty sweet
