Anyone with these headlights?

I just bought a 99 F250 that had these headlights. I need to know how to adjust them. Could anyone with THESE headlights give me an idea how to do it? Also, did these require cutting up the header panel? Would it be possible to put stock headlights and parking lights back in? Thanks.

They adjust like the originals do, w/threaded screws.

No cutting, originals should go right back in...

Thanks. I actually like the light output on these if they just weren't black. Chrome would have looked 10x better on a white truck.

If you replace your lights I might be interested on taking those off your hands.
