fog light harness

I have a 99 without fog lights. I'm assuming the stock chassis harness has plugs for fog lights in it somewhere, but I don't know where. I looked around the frame rails and bumpers and nothing caught my eye. I want to add fog lights to my truck using the stock switch and wiring...

where does the harness end for vehicles that didn't come with fog lights from the factory?

fog lights weren't an option until 2001. I wouldn't think the wires would be there on the early trucks.

I have a 2005 and I added factory fog lights,There was no harness for them. I had to wire them to a toggle switch.

When I pulled my bumper off I found 2 sets of wire connectors going to nothing that were hidden behind the bumper. I was hoping that they were for fog lights myself.
