Clear headlight lenses

What is the easiest way to get clear headlights on a late 99 f250? I have read that people put on 03 headlights, to do this can you just swap the lenses or do you have to put in whole new headlight assemblies? I just want t get rid of the opaque lenses.

If you can find them just replace the L lenses. It's only 2 screws if you can find them that is.. I don't know anyone who just sells the bottom piece though.

I'd replace the whole lens/reflector unit the the '02-'04 counterpart.. The turn signal is it's own unit.
