HELP Bumper Trim Removal 2000 F-250
How do I remove the plastic trim on the front and rear bumpers off a 2000 F-250?

i know on mine i took the bumpers off and the plastic pieces have tabs that go through the bumper ......you have to squeeze and push out ......its a pain in the butt
