I need new doors

I have a 2000 super duty white in color, I have rust on the lower parts of the doors and need to have them replaced.
With that being said, I'm looking at cost, and want to go the cheapest way.
Here are my options:
1. I can go to salvage yard sites, and get doors for around $450
these are color matched, all I need to do is change out the inner panels.
2. Purchase new unpainted doors, have them painted, cost is unknown, that is why the post here.

Which option is more economically feasible?

Used doors are OEM, new aftermarket doors may not fit up perfectly without skilled labor. Just my experience.

Now, if you can find FORD doors with a FORD part number for a fair price that would be nice provided you can get em painted and get new weather strip (and transfer the glass) without breaking the bank then thats how I would go.
