Hard to open tailgate on 2000 f-250.. replace bushings?
Hey all - I've got a tailgate that does not open easily and I noticed that the bushings on the pins that the tailgate locks onto are all chewed up. Is this why it's hard to open or is this something seperate? Thanks in advance!

Spray it down with WD-40.
It happened to mine to!

Is it hard to pull the handle up or hard to open the actual tailgate?
