Backrack with WeatherGuard Box

Any of you guys running a backrack or pro rack with a weatherguard box? I recently picked up a 21" weatherguard box along with the tool box mounts from back rack, I have the backrack tool box mounts bolted up to the truck and rack but am a little thrown off as to how the actual box mounts to the backrack. When aligning the box over the backrack brackets the top rail which I had planned on drilling and bolting into falls short width wise of the mounting locations on the box. WeatherGuard had included a set of clamps which would go under the bed rails assuming your not mounting to a backrack bracket... For now I picked up longer bolts to use the supplied weather guard clamps (J hook style) under the bed rails. Ill post up some pictures tomorrow to try and clear things up.
