Has anyone done a 2011 front bumper conversion?

I have a 2000 f250 and want to put a 2011 bumper on it, what all would I need to trim or cut to do this. Also my truck already has a 2005 grill headlights etc.. On it. I'm not sure if this makes a difference or not.

If anyone has done this or knows about it let me know! Thanks and happy holidays

I know it's been done. And looked okay from a distance, but once you got up close you could see all the gaps around the grill and headlights. And it was about 2 inches wider than the truck. I'll look in a little bit to see if I can find it again.
