How much paint? dually bed color change

I searched but didnt really find the answer, so here it goes.
I have a 99 f350 cclb that im converting to a dually. I bought a dually bed (long bed) that needs a complete color change inside and out. i am going to remove the fenders for painting. How much paint/clear will i need? the bed is white and my truck is bright red. I know i can get the color code from the door but how much and what brand should I buy? Nason?

2 quarts of primer depending on the mix.., more if you are going to do heavy coats and block it out.

Base and Clear I would get 3 quarts or even a gallon if you want to do 3 full wet coats of each inside and out. Better to have too much than too little.

Nason is an ok paint if you are not looking for a color match. If you want it to match do not use nason. You could try the DuPont chromabase and get it VINdicated and you will get a little better match. I had nothing but problems with color match at my shop with DuPont base coat so I switched over to BASF products. (Diamont/Limco) I would suggest diamont for the best color match. As for clear nason overall clear will work just fine over any base coat. You could also you limco clear as well. Diamont clear is amazing but is pretty salty.

If there is no damage to the bed or the paint on the bed it is fine to use a grey scuff pad and base coat right over that. Make sure you scuff every crack on that thing really good. If you need to prime it then grab some 180-320 grit and take it down a ways. Use a good 2k urethane primer surface on there so you can flat block it out with wet 400 then step to wet 600. Then you can base and clear.

As for amount:
Inside and out side
primer 3 quarts for 3 coats (cheaper if you just buy a gallon)
base coat 2 quarts. You reduce 2-1 so this will make 3 quarts.
Clear 3 quarts for 3 coats. (cheaper if you just buy a gallon)

Outside only:
Primer 2 quarts for 3 coats
Base coat 1 quart and 1 pint. Reduced is 2.25 quarts.
Clear 2 quarts for 3 coats.

Sorry for the long winded response. Let me know if you need any advice I own a body shop here in Indiana and would be glad to help out.
