Can i run 35s?

I bought a new wheel and tire setup for my 2002 f350. The new super duty platinum wheels with the toyo open country a/t II in a 295/65R20. Which ar supposed to be just over 35" tall and about 11.5" wide. And i knowni need wheel spacers. Would i be able to run this setup with a fabtech 3.5 inch front hanger/shcakle lift kit without rubbing and leaving the rear stock? Or would i have to go taller? Anyone running this kit?
Thanks
Kevin

Should fit just fine. You might have some minor rubbing on fender lining.. easy fix though, big zip ties and some tugging.
