Talking New wheels and tire combo for 02 f250

Hey guys, I have a 02 f250 extended cab long bed 4x4. It is stock ride height. I want to put on 18" wheels and tires. Looking to see what you guys have done and what size you have.
Thanks

Hey Rio, what lift set up did you use. I would love to raise mine two inches but that is all. I work out of the back of my truck every day and at 5'-8" I am not real tall to put heavy tools in and out of my truck. That is why I bought a stock height truck. Others were just to tall.
Thanks

in the back i have the 2" block and the level in the front with the lift i also took off the running boards to make it look taller but for only a 2" lift with 35"s I'm 6' and its actually a lil difficult at times to get up so its just up to you on the running boards ... Im getting the amp research steps put on so i can use them and then it still gives the effect of not having running boards when they tuck back up under the cab
i use the tailgate to work on all the time and i think its the perfect hight
