Frame Chipping?

hey guys idk if anybody else has this problem that lives in the midwest. its called salt and its a pain in the keester.

. but i was wondering if anybody had any tips on getting the frame from chipping and rusting partially back to black without taking it off and sandblasting the **** out of it. let me know guys

Wire brush, wirewheel on a drill, can of por15. The frame will be black again for at least a couple years. I live in Michigan and I know what your going through.

. i need to take care of it soon its makin my truck look like **** haha. where abouts in michigan?
