Are the Hankook RT03 M/T any good?

I ain't never run em, but my best friends third uncles boss has looked at them and thought they were nice.

I've heard good things about Hankook, I think they look pretty good.

My wife sells a lot of them and she said that her customers are very satisfied with them.
