Not to hijack this thread, but I was also wondering if it is possible to get a factory headlight switch w/foglights and install that on a truck that didn't come from the factory with foglights (of course I would also be installing a set of factory fogs)? I assume that there is an additional plug or the main plug on the switch is different all together. Can anyone confirm what the back of a switch with foglights has for plugs?
Thanks, Mike |

My old 04 didn't come with oem fogs and I had them put in with a tog switch and they worked great...

You will have to buy the lights and a cheap wire harness from Autozone or someplace like that.... You will also need to buy the fog light plugs for the wire harness.
You should beable to get new fog lights for about 75$ with the brackets and the wire harness plugs from Ford Parts and Ford Diesel Parts at Powerstroke Shop |

just putting it out there that my early 99 had no holes in the bumper for a lower airdam, or a set of factory fogs. I don't think this applies to 2000+ but why not take a look at the backside of your bumper to ensure the mounting holes are there.

Why not buy a heavy duty bumper with lights in it?

If you don't have holes... just stick the foglight bracket up to the bumper and drill the holes...
