Bumper Trim

I have been trying to find a sutible location to mount my Marinco plug on my truck for the block heater and I just can't find a good spot. I am not willing to drill my chrome bumper because I have read that the chrome could chip and rust is inevitable. I have seen a couple pictures of the plugs mounted in a trim piece that hangs below the bumper, almost like a chin spoiler on a car. I found two different trim pieces on ebay but I'm not sure if either one is the right one.

If neither one of these are what I need does anyone know where I can find that chin spoiler at besides a dealer, or is that my only option?

The trim piece at the dealer is only about 40 or so dollars....worth it IMO.
