38" mud terrain decisions

Got my money saved up, and im ready to get my 38's im leaning on the tsl ssr radial tire because it comes in a 15.50 wide size, thyere cheap and they look sick too, and theyre reall good in the mud. and not to bad on the road. i heard they wear pretty nicely too. has anyone run these before? ive looked at everyother mud terrain tire online but theyre all expensive for 38's like 400+ each if anyone can post pic sof theyre 38" or around that size mt tire, can u please post it? thanks alot

Your sig is showing a 2.5" shackle lift and your installing 38's?

what am I missing here?

That's all you need to clear 38x15.5?

Granted - I'd love my truck to look like Tanks250 truck! Man - that thing is AWESOME - minimal lift and huge rubber - but I've got to think some interesting fender lombotomies have been done to fit those tires in there.

Tank is running a 4.5" DR/Icon lift with bushwacker cut-out flares.....there was quite a bit of trimming needed to make that happen.....I wonder what I could fit with that much trimming considering I have an 11" lift with the same tires....lol

I have just a 2 1/2" add a leaf with cut out flares and 38" MTZ's. I had to suck the bottom rears of the front flares in with bolts to clear. It works well and looks kick-***.

do you want wide, medium, or narrow?

BTW- It's not a extreme amount of cutting like everyone thinks.....your only removing a couple inches...and it's real easy to do the job.
