Need some help with front end conversion...Couple Q's

I just purchased this 99 F350 box truck for my business and I am sending it to the paint shop for new paint and interior. I paid $4k, 125K miles new crate motor at 70k. Liftgate and e-tracks installed.

What I would like to do is an 05+ front end conversion including bumper. I know that the header plate needs to be modified for the headlights but I am not sure about any brackets for changing the front bumper.

Can any one help with a parts list that can give to a dealer?

Here are some pics of what I have and what I want

The look I want to achieve:

It will be a couple thousand at the dealer, find a wrecked one at a salvage that doesnt have frontal damage.
If you dont change the header the bottom of the grill doesnt fasten the way it should and vibrates a bit.
If you find a wrecked truck all you will need to buy elsewhere is some pig tails for the headlights, the 05 and up connecters are different.
pic of my conversion...........................

All the bumper brackets line up like stock so you wont need any modification there. I just cut my header panel for the lights and the bottom of my grille is held on w/ zipties until i find a more permanent fix. I sourced all my parts from either ebay or Craigslist. I bought my bumper complete w/ fogs on CL for $200. The headlights i got on ebay for $180, the headlight harness was $70 from Stealth, the grille i got for $50 on ebay and it cost me $150 to paint the whole thing ( pad Red and lower part Black).

Big Tone, Thanks for the reply there are a couple yards I could call.

losrocket, So I am basically needing:

05-07 headlights and adapter harness
05-07 grill
05-07 bumper (is the upper plastic trim part of the bumper assembly?)

Everything bolts up except for lower grill mounts? Is your grill factory black?

Btw, your rig would be the perfect tow vehicle for my garage queen:

Nice Supra!

Thats all you need. The grille i have is OEM off of a service truck. The bumpers of the '05-07's consist of the upper pad which is plastic and the lower part which is metal and normally chrome. Theres different options for the headlight harnesses whether you want just pigtails (around $30-40) or if you want a conversion harness ($70-80) which has relays built into it.

Heres the template i used to cut my header panel for the '05+ lights if you dont want to buy a '05+ header panel, '05 Head Light Conversion Template/Guide For Cutting

Also, when i say thats all you need on the bumper thats assuming you get one that has all the brackets and hardware attached to it. If you were to get a bare bumper youd need a decent amount of hardware so try to find a complete one if you can because youll definitely save money not having to buy all the hardware individually.

It was a deal and saved some serious cash vs paying $20k+ for an newer alternative. The look of the truck reflects the company image, so a few extra dollars spent is wise and I do not have to worry about people beating it up as I would if I bought new.

As for the Supra wait till bury your foot in it...
