Need advise on level kit Rough Country

Hello,
Looking to see if anyone has or had rough country's level on their trucks. Shopping around this looks like a pretty good deal. Looking to get my 250 to sit level.
2.5in Leveling Lift Kit (Springs) for 99-04 Ford 4wd F-250 / F-350 Super Duty | Rough Country Suspension Systems
Any input is appreciated. If you don't like this kit, could you recommend one that is better?
Thanks in advance.

Does anybody that has dealt with this kit know if it does indeed lift just 2.5"? I read a lot of comments about adding new springs often result in higher lift than advertised.

Yeah, you're going to get more than 2.5" from where you sit right now. Stock leaf springs are usually pretty worn out from time so it's hard to tell how far they've sagged down. I usually run leaf packs because you can more easily decide how much lift to get.

Something like this. eBay has a ton for really cheap. It's basically 1/2" steel plates. So 4 plates = 2" of lift, 5 plates = 2.5" of lift etc

Thanks for the info. I actually wouldn't mind if the spring kits lifted a little more than the 2.5", but I just wanted to be prepared for it in case it lifted so much that I need to add other parts to make sure all geometry's are correct.

Yeah, I'd get a zone offroad adjustable track bar. Stock pitman arm should be fine.

I was looking at that Zone track bar. Looks like a good, affordable option. I was looking at possibly piecing a lift kit together (as in some cases it looks like I could do it for more affordable than some of the prefabbed kits). But when looking at spring packs, I wasn't sure whether I should order the 2.5" spring packs or the 4" spring pack to achieve roughly a 4 inch lift overall. Not sure if the 2.5" would give me close to 4" in the end, and whether I'd end of getting closer to 6" with the 4 inch springs.....
