Where is the cab light wiring harness?

I trying to install the cab lights on my 250 The dealer says the harness is sometimes there, well it is not on the driver side pillar or the passenger. My buddy has a 350 dually with fact-cab lights can't find it also. Help guys!!!

the harness should run down the pass. side a pillar and connect behind the kick panel at the floor on the same side. The harness runs along the roof about 8 in. back from the windshield, it uses those push in christmas trees to secure it. And no I don't think it is sometimes there, i've installed 5 sets of lights and had to get the harness each time.
