front wheelwell trim, liner mods

01 F250 running **315s with leveling lift, stock wheels. No rub on the springs now that I added 1/4" spacers from Summitracing. The tires are rubbing on the inner fender liners when front end articulates and steering is well off-center. I would like to trim the fenders and/or pin back the fender liners so so rub at all.

I have searched, but Im not finding any writeups or how-tos - any suggestions?

** Hankook Dynapro MTs. Dont buy them. They have cupped something fierce. Looking forward to replacement....
